Rudbeckia maxima Black-eyed Susan

Common name is Large Coneflower for obvious reasons. Huge bluish-green leaves form the base for 200cm spikes of large deep gold flowers with drooping petals and brown central cones that may grow to 10cm. Prefers moist, well drained soil but will tolerate a range of conditions.
